GRAND PARKWAY – SEGMENTS F1, F2 & G1, G2 – PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) State Highway 99 – Segments F1, F2 and G1, and G2 totals approximately 38 miles in length running through Harris and Montgomery Counties. The project consists of more than 120 bridges, frontage roads, and associated drainage systems. Upon completion in late 2015, the $1.1 billion project between US 290 and US 59/I-69 will greatly enhance mobility in the Greater Houston area (www.grandparkway99.com).

Berg Oliver was responsible for performing a combination of over 150 Phase 1, Phase 2 and TXDOT ISA on various size parcels of land within and adjacent to the proposed ROW. Pipeline Relocation Assessments and Agency Coordination across multiple disciplines was completed to ensure design options were fully evaluated.
