EXXON MOBIL CAMPUS/SPRINGWOOD VILLAGE – COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Coventry Development Corporation, in conjunction with ExxonMobil, proposed to develop nearly 400 acres of land into a corporate campus composed of 20 office buildings with associated parking garages, drainage systems, and numerous pedestrian facilities. Upon completion, the corporate campus and all its amenities will support over 10,000 employees.

Berg Oliver completed all necessary tasks and subsequent approvals with regard to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, including wetland assessment, Delineation of the Waters of the U.S.,
TCEQ Tier 1 Water Quality Certification, Unified Stream Method Evaluation, Threatened and Endangered Species Survey, and Cultural Resource Survey. The firm also incorporated riparian buffers along ephemeral, intermittent, streams into the mitigation conceptual design plan.
