BBVA Compass Plaza, constructed in 2013, is a Class AA modern office/multi-use building that is LEED® Gold Certified. The building encompasses 318,000 square feet with 22 total floors, including 7 levels for parking for 1200 vehicles.

Oliver was responsible for conducting a Phase I State Assessment for the pre-existing bank building, parking structures, and adjacent parcels of land surrounding the property. During its investigation, the firm recommended and completed an asbestos survey and abatement to conform with State of Texas regulations. Upon completion, the building and surrounding parcels were cleared of any environmental concerns. The owners were then able to implode and demolish the existing structures and move forward with redevelopment.
